Social phobia
Social phobia, also known as social anxiety disorder, is a psychological disorder characterized by an intense and persistent fear of social or performance situations in public, in which the person fears being observed, judged, or humiliated by others.
Main characteristics of social phobia:
Intense anxiety in social situations (such as public speaking, attending meetings, eating in front of others, etc.).
Fear of judgment or criticism from other people.
Avoiding social situations or enduring them with great distress.
Physical symptoms such as sweating, tremors, palpitations, blushing, difficulty speaking, etc.
