Anxiety/stress
Anxiety and Stress are the body's natural responses to situations we perceive as threatening, challenging, or demanding. Although they are related, they are not exactly the same thing:
🧠 Anxiety
It is an emotion that manifests as worry, nervousness, or fear about something that might happen. It usually includes:
Negative or anticipatory thoughts ("What if it goes wrong?").
Physical symptoms such as palpitations, sweating, tremors, muscle tension, or difficulty breathing.
It can be useful in small doses (like preparing for an exam), but if it becomes constant or very intense, it can interfere with daily life and turn into an anxiety disorder..
⚡ Stress
It is the body's response to an external demand or pressure, such as work, family problems, or economic issues. It can be:
Acute (short-term) , like when you have to deliver something urgently.
Chronic (long-term) , when the pressure is constant and does not resolve.
Common symptoms of stress include:
Headaches
Fatigue
Sleep problems
Irritability
Difficulty concentrating
